Arrival has precedence in a region’s progress and arrival has presedence for marketing the productions and natural and cultural riches. Airline and railroad arrivals are important requirements as highway and maritime line arrivals for Black Sea Region.,

Black Sea Region has many alternatives because of its geopolitics
situation, although its arrival net possibilities seem restricted. Consequently, utilizing the alternatives for this region must be the first thing to do. In this respect arrival is a sine qua non for the region to initiate a wide comprehensive progress attack. The Black Sea Coast Road, which is completed in a large proportion in a few years, seems as a plus sign for our region. At the same time, Giresun Harbour, Trabzon Harbour, Rize and Hopa Harbours are very important arrival nets for commercial life of the region. The commerce from Giresun Harbour to interior regions by Tirebolu-Torul and Giresun-Dereli Şebinkarahisar connection roads can’t be made because of the inactivity of these roads and it’s an important problem for the region.
Today , airlines are the most prefered arrival manners. The insufficiency of Samsun Çarşamba and Trabzon Atatürk airports makes OR-Gİ Airport Project necessary for us. OR-Gİ Airport must be constructed between Ordu and Giresun for commercial, tourism, social and cultural future of the region. The demand to airline arrivals increases from day to day. The other leg of the arrival is railroad net.The railroad, which is constructed till Samsun in the first years of Republic, has a strategical importance for the commerce of the region.
Batum-Hopa Railroad Project, which is an extension of the East Black Sea Railroad Project, is very important for the commerce between countries.
İn the key position of the commerce between our country and Russia and Middle Asia , East Black Sea Railroad Project Investment is certainly necessary. The Airline and Railroad Arrival Projects, which can’t be thought differently, must be realized immediately in East Black Sea Region.
In this point, the potential energy of the region must be convertyed to synergy. As we explained over, OR-Gİ Airport and East Black Sea Railroad Projects are very important for our region and country. İt must be known that there will be a positive change by realizing both of the arrival projects
